Please make sure to read our policy below before requesting a return!


We want you to be 100% excited about your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please check our return policy below! If an item is returned to us within the window and meets our criteria, we will issue a refund in the same payment form the purchase was made.



  • Merchandise must be returned & delivered to us within 30 days from the date you received your order for a refund. Returns received after 30 days WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and we will ship the item(s) back to you and charge you for shipping them back. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached if any. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or any other similar stains will be refused and returned to you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once we receive your return item(s). Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment you used to place the order.

  • All Holiday Sales, promotional giveaways, Labor Day Sales, Black Friday deal items, Black Friday discounts, sale items, items purchased at a discounted price of 25% off or more, items purchased with a gift card, jewelry, swimwear, leggings, bralettes, bodysuits (or any intimates), and accessories final sale and can not be returned.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part. This means customers pay for the return shipping label if it was not an error on our part. When you make a return request we will deduct the shipping label cost from your refund amount due back to you.

  • How do I ship an item back to Addibray? Click on "HERE" in the first sentence at the top of this page that says "To make a return click HERE". The link will provide you an option to make a return request. Once the request is approved, you then will receive an email containing a shipping label. Print the shipping label out and place it on a poly mailer bag making sure the label is secure and won't come off. After making sure your return package is sealed up completely, you then take it to the post office and have them scan the package in. Please do not drop the package off without it being scanned in because if it gets lost and not scanned in then you have no proof to the post office you dropped the package off. The label will have a tracking number that you can use to track your package to see when it makes it to us. We can also see the tracking number.

  • If you received FREE SHIPPING ( your order was $99+) we will deduct that cost from your refund amount along with the return label amount.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged item(s) being returned back to us. It is your responsibility to make sure the item(s) you are returning are secured in a poly mailer bag and the shipping label is secured on the bag.

EXCHANGES:

Due to a high volume of orders, we do not accept exchanges. We are unable to guarantee that the item and size that you need will be available once we receive your return. To guarantee your satisfaction, we recommend placing a new order for the item and size you need and sending the previous item back for a refund.

 

DEFECTIVE:

We in no way want our customers to receive a defective item but unfortunately, sometimes it happens and is not caught when checking in inventory. If you received defective merchandise, please contact us within 7 days with pictures so we can correct the issue. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving the merchandise or it can not be returned. Defective items being returned to us must have original tags attached and show no signs of wear. We will issue a full refund for defective items.
