1. Why has my tracking not updated?

  • Unfortunately, we have no control over how shipping carriers ship their packages. Sometimes, packages are not scanned in causing the tracking to look like the package has not moved anywhere. However, if you do not receive your package(s) within 10 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) please send us an email at help@addibray,com so we can further look into this matter for you.

2. Why is my package(s) showing being shipped from multiple locations sometimes?

  • In an effort to expand our inventory selection and to better serve our customers, we have partnered with other businesses. In doing this, it allows us to be able to provide our customers with a bigger selection of inventory and allows us to have more warehouse space to house our inventory! 

3. How long does it take to receive my package(s)?

  • You should receive all your packages within 10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If for some reason you do not receive them by 10 business days, please send us an email to help@addibray.com so we can look into this matter for you. Please include in the email the name on the order so we can look your order up for you.

4. Do you always offer FREE SHIPPING?

  • As of 9/20/2022 we now have FREE shipping on all orders.

7. When do you put New Arrivals on the website?

  • We upload New Arrivals DAILY to the website!

8. Do you take suggestions from customers?

9. What is a Pre-Order?

  • A pre-order is an item that is NOT currently in stock. Each item that we take a pre-order on the dates we stop taking the pre-order, when the item will ship out to customers, and any other information about the item will be listed in the description of the item. PLEASE, make sure you read the information BEFORE placing an order. We do not give refunds on pre-order items before the item is shipped to the customer. We don't give refunds because we make sure to explain every detail letting our customers know ahead of time that the item is a pre-order.
