1. Why has my tracking not updated?

We understand the frustration when tracking information doesn't seem to change. Unfortunately, tracking updates are reliant on shipping carriers, over which we have no control. Sometimes, packages aren't scanned, leading to stagnant tracking details for a few days after being shipped. If you haven't received your package within 7 business days after it has been shipped (excluding weekends or holidays), please reach out to the shipping carrier first and give them your tacking number. If they can not seem to help you please email us @ addibray20@gmail.com for further assistance.

 

2. How long does it take to receive my package(s)?

You can typically expect to receive your package(s) within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. If your package hasn't arrived by 7 business days after it has been shipped, please reach out to the shipping carrier first and give them your tacking number. If they can not seem to help you please email us @ addibray20@gmail.com for further assistance.

 

3. Do you offer exchanges?

NO. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the item you want to exchange will be in stock. However, we recommend you to place a new order for the same item (if size was not correct) or a new item and return the item you no longer want. 

 

4. Do you offer refunds?

5. Do you take suggestions from customers?

6. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order item is one that is currently not in stock. Detailed information about pre-order items, including order dates, shipping schedules, and other relevant details, can be found in the item description. We kindly ask that you carefully review this information before placing your order, as refunds for pre-order items are not issued until the item has been shipped.

At this time we ship within the United States only.
