LOCAL FREE Shipping: Customer who live in Choctaw County, AL & Millry, AL will get FREE shipping. Once you enter your complete address on the checkout page you should see $0.00 for shipping cost. If you live in this area and are seeing a shipping cost please contact us so we can fix the issue.

    • When will my order ship? Orders will be processed & shipped within 1 - 3 business days from the U.S. warehouses. 
    • When will my order be delivered? Orders are delivered 5 - 7 business days after leaving the warehouses.
    • Why do I have more than one tracking number? To ensure we get your items out to you as fast as possible, sometimes your items will be delivered in more than one package. You will also receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.
    • Do Holidays and weekends affect shipping times? Shipping does not include weekends or holidays. PLEASE NOTE the closer it gets to Christmas shipping carriers take longer to deliver packages due to the high volume of packages being delivered around the world. Unfortunately, we have no control over this matter and we ask that you please understand.
    • All orders will receive tracking info when shipped to the email you placed your order with.
    • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Unfortunately, we have no control over how shipping carriers deliver their packages. If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or not delivered within 10 business days after leaving our warehouse please contact us so we can assist in helping you with further action.
    • We will ship to the address you type in. Please make sure your address is correct. 
    • If your package is shipped back to us because you put in the incorrect address, we will contact you via the email you provided when placing your order and charge you shipping again to ship it to the correct address.
    • PRE-ORDERS: Items in this collection are not currently in stock and are not ready to ship.
    • PRE-ORDER Estimated Shipping: Each preorder will have a deadline date to order and an estimated shipping in the description. Please make sure you are ok with these dates before ordering. We do our very best to give accurate ES and typically they are pretty spot on. These times are not guaranteed though due to the manufacturer's shipping time frame among other things out of our control, and we are not able to expedite shipping for orders that arrive after their ES date.
    • PRE-ORDERS cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
